Another year past (2013) and not a bad one at that no major health issues in the family. My daughter Valli is working real hard on her PhD and will be once again going to Botswana in August 2014 check out her site at http://whereisvalli.wordpress.com. Proud of her. Jane who puts up with me is always Jane amazing the energy she has. First holidays without Cali our chocolate Lab, miss her.
All the Fat Bastards are doing great and looking forward to some good fishing and floating with the pontoons. Got some nice toys in 2013, my favourite was my bamboo Spey a Bob Clay to be exact. Check out his site http://www.riverwatchrods.com. It’s a 3 piece (two tips) 5 sided spliced ferrule Dean’s Kispiox 11′ 6/7 beautiful workmanship. And at the other end a beautiful Saracione Reel to complete the look and balance (pictures soon). Another was our wonderful trip to Montana, what a beautiful state. Now if only the winter would pass quicker already the cabin fever is setting in. At the fly bench with a new bug for the season coming (pictures soon). In the meantime I leave you with this picture!
